David Robert WarrenAs a kid, I always had trouble with self-control. I was arrogant, selfish, and easily tempted, but such can be the case when you are the youngest of four. I always felt the need to prove myself, never to be outdone by my siblings or friends. As I gotolder, however; I began to realize that this was not as cute as it was when I was a kid. In middle school, I decided that I had had enough of the arrogance and disrespect that i tended to show, so i set out to find the best ways to conquer those obstacles. From reading books to watching videos to practicing what i wanted to learn. As I entered high school, I realized something: How can I improve myself in such a way when my mind and will are so weak? So, my next step was to find a way to calm my mind, strengthen my will, and become one with my soul. As cheesy as that sounds, there was simply no other way for me to achieve my goal. Through meditation, fitness, and solitude, I found what I was searching for. My journey, while it may seem simple, was long and hard-fought. Because of this, I want to share what I have learned, experienced, and gathered from my research. Self-Control, my first eBook, serves as the corner stone for the works I plan for the near future.
