David PhippsDavid began writing poetry while at Queen's University in 1969, where he studied English Lit and Comparative Religions. In 1971, unsure of what direction to pursue, he traveled around Europe and North America for the next few years; eventually settlig down to a long career in the field of carpentry. Not wanting, however, to completely abandon deeper study, he received his Bachelor of Theology in 2008. Now in his seventies, he has collected a selection of his poems that he wrote across the decades.
