David GioeDr. David Gioe is Associate Professor of History at the United States Military Academy at West Point. As an intelligence practitioner, he spent over 15 years working in the U.S. intelligence community, beginning with an appointment in 2001 as a Presiential Management Fellow in the FBI National Security Division.
