David Dayton

In 2019 David Dayton snipped the last thread on a 30-year patchwork career in academia and government. He holds a Master's in English Education and a PhD in Technical Communication and Rhetoric. He has published research articles on technical editng, usability testing, online teaching, and various other esoteric topics.

In retirement, David returned to the non-lucrative pursuits of his youth as a creative writer and publisher. In 2023, he published the first edition of this second collection of poems and a novel, Wideman's Gospel. In 2024 he published a second novel, Smoke & Mirrored Screens.
