David CaplanDavid Caplan is a poet, scholar, and literary critic. He previously published two poetry collections, In the World He Created According to His Will (University of Georgia Press) and Into My Garden (Ben Yehuda Press), as well as several monographs andcritical studies. His honors include the Virginia Quarterly Review's Emily Clark Balch Prize for Poetry, an Individual Excellence Award in Criticism from the Ohio Arts Council, and two Fulbright Lectureships in American Literature.
