David Almaleck WolinskyDavid Wolinsky lives in Frederick, Maryland, with his wife, his mother and his mother-in-law. He was retired by the economic downturn of 2008, having been a late-in-life schoolteacher of at-risk children for a dozen or so years before that. In previos lives he has also worked at clerical and other jobs, and been a peon for ideological fanatics. He became a late-in-life published poet in 2016, when Dos Madres Press brought out a small collection: The Crane is Flying: Early Poems. Two other volumes, The Auschwitz Cookbook and Llanto Tonto remain among his many unborn children. Among the living he counts four beautiful grandchildren and a stubborn shade-garden. His non-existent spare time is devoted to further word-procreation, activism for the children of Occupied Palestine, our exploited mother Earth, and other attempts at peace. Read More Read Less
