In 2019, David founded Arliga Capital Advisors which provdes boutique structured commercial real estate services to Family Offices and strategic investment firms. Over his career he has led the acquisitions, asset management and dispositions of over $5 billion of commercial real estate across the U.S. and U.K. David has been deeply involved in all facets of the real estate investment process from sourcing and underwriting, due diligence, structuring and financing, business plan execution, to asset management and ultimately disposition. David has invested across every asset class on transactions as straightforward as single asset purchases to complicated cross-border portfolios. David is a graduate of Emory University and holds an MA in Quantitative Data Analysis (QMSS) from Columbia University and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School. He is an avid lover of the outdoors; has completed many Spartan and Tough Mudder races and has hiked the Grand Canyon Rim 2 Rim (in one day) twice (so far).
