Dave HudsonDavid Hudson is Content Development Director and co-owner of HudsonMann Publishing. He helps independent authors, whether new or established, bring their original works across an array of genres and subjects to people worldwide. David also provides dgitization services to individuals and organizations. David worked with HudsonMann, a human resources consulting firm, for seventeen years prior to the founding of HudsonMann Publishing. His final role was Senior Vice President for Business Development where he was responsible for government contracts, strategic partnerships and new service offering development at HudsonMann. Previously, David had supported HudsonMann clients beginning as a Compliance Specialist and Data Team Manager for over ten years. He also managed and supported clients with Business Continuity Plan and Affirmative Action Plan development, implementation and audit support in these positions. David also assisted clients with EEO Issues and Management and Employee Training Programs. Prior to joining HudsonMann, David spent five years as an officer in the U.S. Army assigned to the 25th Infantry Division (Light). He served as Assistant Intelligence Officer and then Battalion Intelligence Officer for a 600-man infantry battalion before transferring to the Infantry where he served as a Platoon Leader and Company Commander. He helped develop and implement the force protection measures for Schofield Barracks, HI immediately following the September 11th attacks, deployed to Japan to train the Japanese Self Defense Force in Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) and served in the Joint Intelligence Section stationed in Thailand during the Tsunami Relief effort in 2005. David also served seven years in the Air Force Reserve as an Intelligence Officer Standards and Evaluations Chief. In this role he was responsible for the education, training and evaluation of all intelligence personnel as well as supporting more than 600 aircrew members supporting C-17 airlift operations worldwide. David holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in German and History from The Citadel. While there he was involved in the college's transition to co-education.
