Darryl Sterk

Darryl Sterk is a leading Chinese-to-English translator, and his translation of The Stolen Bicycle by Wu Ming-Yi was nominated for the Man Booker International Prize. A scholar specializing in the representation of Taiwans aboriginal peoples in film and fiction, he has also translated numerous short stories by Taiwanese writers for The Taipei Chinese Pen, Asymptote, and Pathlight.
