Darryl BarnettAs a child, I watched man land on the moon. This ignited my dream, a dream that one-day man will travel to the stars and beyond. And with this many great advancements will come for mankind. I have been writing poetry for over 30 years and many poems re written from personal heartaches and experiences. With more of the recent works, I have focused on the beauty of nature and our planet. I enjoy walking, practicing Tai Chi and meditate most days. This helps me to find a peaceful space for writing. After writing A River of Dreams in 2017, I sat down and wrote this as a follow-on of the journey.
