Daphne Lambert

Daphne Lambert is a chef with over 40 years experience, with over 25 years of experience as a nutritionist. She has been a an organic gardener & environmentalist for most of her adult life.As a chef, Daphne was the co-owner and chef of the first crtified organic restaurant in Wales, winning many awards. For over 30 years she trained young people in her kitchen and many now run their own acclaimed food businesses. She was a trustee of the Soil Association for 9 years. As a nutritionist, Daphne has worked for Garden Organic, Neal's Yard Remedies, The Bulmers Foundation, The Pregnancy Food Company, The University of Wales, Abel & Cole and is an associate fellow at the University of Sussex.
