Dan Anthony

Dan’s radio plays have been broadcast on Radio 4, Radio 3 and Radio Wales, he helped S4C develop its successful children’s series Y Meees and was a scriptwriter on CBBCs Tracy Beaker series.

As a result of this experience he plucked up the courage to try writing a book himself, something his school teachers told him never to do. His first children’s book, The Rugby Zombies was nominated for a Tir na n-Og award from the Welsh Books Council and he has since completed the popular Rugby Zombie trilogy.

Dan lives in Penarth, south Wales and lectures at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
