Dali TanDr. Dali Tan (???) is Associate Professor of Chinese at the Northern Virginia Community College. She has extensive experience in teaching Chinese from the 5th grade to college seniors as well as at heritage Chinese schools. She is former President ofCLASS and has served in many leadership positions, such as director of a STARTALK infrastructure grant, co-director of a U.S. Department of Education project, and member of the AP and SAT II Chinese committees in the College Board.
