D M McGowan

D.M. McGowan, also known as David Milton McGowan, is a Canadian novelist born in 1949 in Collingwood, Ontario. With a rich and diverse background, McGowan's life experiences have significantly influenced his writing.

Before becoming a full-tme author, McGowan worked as a cowboy, forest firefighter, heavy equipment operator, farmhand, gardener, road musician, businessman, and commercial driver. He retired in 2022 and now resides in Northern British Columbia.
