Cynthia McVayCynthia McVay was a strategy and management consultant for two decades, advising household names, non-profits and startups. She served as Latin American Program Officer for the World Wildlife Fund and Director of Innovation for the Peace Corps. She hlds a BA from Harvard in biology and studio arts, and an MA in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Wharton, as a Fellow of The Lauder Institute.
