Corry NitzscheCorry Nitzsche has always been a great believer in the power and magic of stories. She wanted to be a writer from the age of 6, when she started writing stories about sweet little kittens and puppies. She had a side-line trying to rescue fledglings ad field mice from the formidable, but much-loved, Kinky-tail, her Siamese cat. Although largely unsuccessful in her attempts to resuscitate Kinky-tail's victims, she was inspired by them to become a Doctor. She worked in Africa for many years, and also spent some time in India. Working in busy hospitals left little time to write, but she had a fascinating and rewarding time in Africa and India, and counts herself lucky to have lived and worked there.
