Constance Anne BarlowDr. Constance Barlow is a certified psychologist and Professor Emerita of Social Work from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta. She is the author of numerous academic articles and books. This is her first children's book.

As an ocasional pilgrim, she has walked nearly 2200 kms in Italy and Spain, sometimes accompanied by stuffies, Barcelona and Florence. This particular story is based on e-mails and photos sent by Barcelona and Florence to her grandchildren, Liam and Reagan.
