Clair Shaffer

Clair Schaffer, Jr., was born and raised in rural central Pennsylvania. He had a wide variety of work experiences before he finally took what was supposed to be a temporary position as a pastor of two churches. He has worked with them ever ince. He is currently working on his doctorate.
