Ciara WhelanCiara Whelan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics, University College Dublin, Ireland. She completed her Ph.D. in Economics at Trinity College Dublin, was a post-doc at the London School of Economics, a visiting research fellowat Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and was awarded the Barrington Medal by the Council of the Statistical and Social Inquiry Society of Ireland.
