Chuck E ArllahMr. Arllah is now retired after more than thirty years in law enforcement. He helped establish and received awards for organized anti-street gang efforts in Florida. He then was assigned to the Gang Unit, Training Division, then Intelligence Unit. Mr Arllah takes pride in his involvement with the Skinhead Investigator's Network, the first national effort to coordinate intelligence on these hate groups. Mr. Arllah was active with the Florida Gang Investigators Association and the Florida Intelligence Association, and he has presented to those organizations as an expert on criminal motorcycle gangs, Christian identity, and white supremacy and skinhead culture.
