Christopher S. Collins
Fr. Christopher Collins entered the Society of Jesus in 1995. As a Jesuit, he obtained an MA in history from Saint Louis University, taught high school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and obtained an MDiv and an STL from the Weston Jesuit School of Theolgy in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After being ordained in 2006, he served as a pastor on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota before returning to Boston College to begin a doctorate in systematic theology. He is currently the Vice President for Mission at the University of St. Thomas. He served from 2012 to 2020 at Saint Louis University as a faculty member in the Department of Theological Studies, Director of the Catholic Studies Program and as Assistant to the President for Mission and Identity. In 2013, he published a book with Liturgical Press titled The Word Made Love: The Dialogical Theology of Joseph Ratzinger / Benedict XVI.
