His clients have included industry giants as well as regional businesses who seek out his innovative and creative training style.

Chris is also the author of five other leadership development books, 4 Circles of Good Business (Core Concepts, Inc. 2006), Lead Like a Pirate (Cornerstone Leadership Institute; 2007), Inspired to Lead (Walk the Talk, 2010), and Targeted Leadership (Novak, Ballas, School Age Notes, 2010), Inspired to Succeed(Walk the Talk, 2012) along with more than two dozen articles in publications that include HR Magazine, Newsweek, Smithsonian Air & Space, CUPA-HR Journal and many more.
