Christopher John JosephA follower of Jesus for 69 years who sees the core Teachings He gave as a Universal Spiritual Way of Love and Non-violence that every child on Earth can find within themselves if they just follow His Way and understand His Teachings correctly. I leftthe Jewish/Christian Catholic church when I was 16 years old because of the clear contradiction being taught that the two headed God Yahweh of the Jews was the same One Loving Spiritual Creator that Jesus was at one with. But I had a great Love for His words and His Spiritual Way to live by and so left but took Him and His words with me. I then studied with Buddhist monks as Buddha was also a pacifist as Jesus originally was and learnt that they were like twin brothers in their general understanding of the path that leads to Spiritual enlightenment. In recent years I investigated how Jewish/Christian churches were teaching about the Way of Jesus and was shocked by what I heard being taught. Some of the denominations were more Jewish than Christian with Jesus just as an add on. And the slander and distorted things they were saying about Jesus and our Loving Spiritual Creator upset me so much that I had to provide a better, clearer translation of the Teachings of Jesus in the Gospels. I hope my contribution helps many Jewish/ Christians and new comers to the Way of Jesus remain only as Christians and not get tangled up in the dualistic God Yahweh of the Jews who is not the One Loving Spiritual Creator that Jesus spoke about. And I hope my explanations of the words of Jesus make logical, intelligent Spiritual sense. Blind faith is a trap. Spiritual Teachings must make sense even though they are other worldly and these Gospels should provide a New stimulating way to see and understand the Teachings of Jesus to help inspire followers to become Spiritually awakened just as Jesus Himself was and wants us all to be also.
