Chen LiuChen Liu received the Master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard (UTBM), Belfort, Franc, in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Energy and Computer Science, UTBM, Belfort, France. Currently, he is an associate professor in electrical engineering in Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, China.
