Chef Ciro RussoThe COOKBOOK ACADEMY was born in 2019 as the initiative of Ciro Russo who is an authentic Neapolitan chef, a passionate enthusiast of the culinary traditions from all over the world. He was born in Queens in 1983, son of a Neapolitan chef and of a Ne Yorker journalist.
