Charles C BullockCharles C. (Charlie) Bullock is dean of the College of Applied Sciences and Arts at San Jose State University (SJSU). During his professional career, Charlie has written, presented, and consulted extensively in the areas of special recreation, theraputic recreation, integration and inclusion, reintegration, transition, leisure education, and disability and health.
