Charan Ranganath

El Dr. Charan Ranganath es miembro de la Fundación Guggenheim, director del Memory and Plasticity Program y profesor de Psicología y Neurociencia en la Universidad de California en Davis. Dr. Charan Ranganath is a Guggenheim Foundation fellow, director of the Memory and Plasticity Program, and a professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of California, Davis. He leads the Dynamic Memory Lab and is a pioneer in using brain imaging techniques like functional MRIs (fMRIs) to study the brain mechanisms that allow us to remember past events. His work has been recognized with several awards, and in 2015, he was one of eleven experts in the United States to receive a fellowship from the National Security Science and Engineering Faculty. When he's not studying the mind, he is the leader of the avant-punk band Here Knows When. He lives in Davis, California, with his wife and children.
