Chaplain Dr. Daniel Grossoehme, DMin, BCC
Chaplain Dr. Daniel Grossoehme, DMin, BCC, is an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and staff chaplain III in the Department of Pastoral Care at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medcal Center, serving the Cystic Fibrosis Center. He is a board certified chaplain (Association of Professional Chaplains). His research, funded by a National Institutes of Health Career Development Award (K23 HD062642), focuses on the role of religion in adherence to home treatment routines by parents of children with cystic fibrosis. He is the author of several works on adolescent mental health and religion, prayer and meaning, and pediatric pastoral care.
