Cedar OffermannAll my life nature has been my comfort and my saving grace. I have been growing gardens and picking herbs and healing myself since 1988, and out of the "work force" for most of my adult life. I grew up in Vancouver B.C. and upon reaching adulthood, pomptly high tailed it to the bush. There I raised four wonderful children along with gardens and goats!

Over the years I studied first degree Reiki in Kaslo B.C., and later Chinese Medicine Theory, deep tissue and joint release massage and physiology with Heather Bury at Clearheart Bodywork. I then attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014 and became a certified Integrative Nutrition coach.

At this present delightful stage of my life I generally spend my time growing food, picking, drying and storing herbs, enjoying my nine grandchildren and enjoying the beautiful environment here by Kootenay Lake in the West Kootenay B.C. Read More Read Less
