Cathy RiceBill and Cathy Rice founded the Bill Rice Ranch in 1953 as a ministry to deaf individuals. Since then, the Ranch has become headquarters for the world's largest missionary enterprise dedicated to reaching the deaf for Christ. Every year, twelve hundrd deaf young people visit the Ranch for two weeks in the summer free of charge.
