Her first book, A Desk in the Elephant House, won the Walt McDonald First Book Award from Texas Tech University Press. Her poems have appeared in Poetry, The Southern Review, The New England Review, Ecotone, Terrain.org, Rattle, The MacGuffin, and other journals.
