Cathleen Benko

Cathleen Benko is a vice chairman and the chief talent officer for Deloitte, where she drives the organization's strategy to attract and engage a highly skilled and diverse workforce for the firm. Previously, Benko served as a global e-busiess leader for Deloitte Consulting and subsequently led its high-technology industry sector and its award-winning Women's Initiative. Benko has been named one of the Top 25 Consultants and a frontline leader by Consulting magazine; she is also the recipient of its inaugural Leadership award for Women Leaders in Consulting.
