Carrie HaslerAs a young girl, Carrie Hasler loved stapling sheets of blank paper together to write and illustrate her very own picture books. Her passion for writing and creativity continued into adulthood as an elementary school teacher. Whenever she couldn't fid the right reading material for her students, she would simply write it herself. With more than 20 years of experience in education, Carrie helped launch Blue Sneaker Press in 2015 where she publishes and writes children's books and curricula to educate, entertain, and engage children on subjects that affect our world. When she's not writing, you can find Carrie working in her garden or in her pottery studio in San Diego, California, where she lives with her family.
