Caroline SmithCaroline Smith is the Editor-in-Chief and Publishing Director of NOW Publishing. She has been in the publishing industry for a decade helping authors create readable and marketable books. She is the host of the podcast Inspiration to Publication. In ddition to editing, she is also a writer, having published her book Perspective Parenting in 2015 and is also working on several works of fiction.
