Carol a HeppenstallCarol was born in Winnipeg, Canada and graduated from St. Mary's Academy and the St. Boniface School of Nursing. She moved with her husband to Philadelphia where she raised her children, Mark and Darcy while pursuing an Art History degree. Opening anInuit and Northwest Coast Gallery in Philadelphia, she enjoyed the company of Canadian Native artists and delighted in sharing their work with a new audience. Upon receiving her Masters in Museum Education, she lectured extensively, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Penn Museum and joining the faculty of the University of the Arts in their Professional Institute for Educators.
