Carl RakDr. Carl Rak is Professor Emeritus of Counseling in the Department of Counseling, Administration, Supervision, and Adult Learning at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio and President of the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center. He has taught varous courses throughout the years. His areas of specialization include AIDS counseling, new models of school guidance, and counseling children and adolescents.
