Carl Clottens

Carl Clottens (born 1981) is Licenciate of Law (magna cum laude, Leuven, 2004) and Doctor of Law (Leuven, 2011). He is presently a research fellow at the Corporate Law Department of the University of Leuven (Jan Ronse Institute), guest lectrer of company law at the University of Brussels and a member of the Brussels Bar (admitted 2004). He is the author of several articles on corporate and financial law.
