Carine AllafCarine Allaf is the Senior Programs Advisor for QFI programs. Although she works across all programming, she focuses primarily on our international programs, elementary Arabic immersion schools, monitoring and evaluation, and research. Carine has wored in the education, development, and non-profit fields for over 15 years as a teacher, scholar, and practitioner in the United States and the Arab world.
