She wrote her first novel in 2010 and has since written seven novels, four of which have won awards. As a mother of four chilren and a world traveler she has no shortage of material to draw from. The traveling provides great fodder for world-building and the children... well, let's just say they've been the inspiration for many paranormal and alien characters.
