Throughout her teaching career she has taught criminal procedure, evidence, current issues in the courts, civil law, employment law, alternative dispute resolution, lega research and a variety of special topic courses. Professor Bailey has published a number of articles over the course of her career and has previously co-authored the book, Constitutional Law.
