""Writing brings me closer to God. I'm not saying that God is for everyone, nor am I trying to convert anyone. All I'm saying is that writing brings me closer to the source. It helps me to find a center in an otherwise insanely futile existence. hy would anyone in their right mind agree to work for someone else, doing a job that in no way represents them for the rest of their lives, if we know that one day it'll all just come to an undignified end. Maybe we all just know better and have continently subconsciously agreed to just play ball, for the sake of convention. Writing allows me to say stuff like that. It gives me an opportunity to speak from the heart and paint on paper what lives in my soul. In this world, I have agreed with the masses to not be the hero I believe myself to be, so that we can all share in some fundamental lessons, but I didn't say I would do it silently. So writing is where I cheat a little. Say things we all know and can in some way relate to. Who am I? I am you with a pencil or pen.""
