Burhan HamidDr. Burhan Hamid, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Department of Microbiology, Centre of Research for Development (CORD), University of Kashmir, Srinagar, India since 2019. He has 12 years of teaching and research experience. He has worked as researcher in Regional Research Station (RRS) for biofertilizers at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), India. His area of interest in teaching and research are environmental microbiology, psychrophiles, cold-active enzymes, agricultural microbiology, food and industrial microbiology. Dr. Hamid is a reviewer for various national and international journals and has published more than 57 research papers, review papers and book chapters with reputed publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, MDPI, Taylor & Francis.
