Worked as an immigration officer in the Hai Phong foreign relations office, then transferredto the Hai Phong marine department.Moved back to HaNoi to teach English at the Vietnam International Academy.Moved to Vinaconex-Vietnam Import Export and Construction Corp under the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, and worked as the Director of Human Resources at a labour supply company.
