Bryan H LeeseCaptain Bryan Leese, USN (Ret.) was a career naval intelligence officer with extensive experience in operational intelligence, including key roles supporting ground combat operations and tours at sea. He has held senior positions across the inelligence community, most notably as Chair of the Defense Intelligence Department at the National Intelligence University and as Branch Chief, Transregional and then North/West Africa in J2 Africa Command, during the 2011 crisis in Libya. Before joining the Joint Forces Staff College in September 2023, Dr. Leese served on the faculty of the U.S. Naval War College's Joint Military Operations Department.
