Dr. Strouble's career spans impactful roles, including Sustainability Program Coordinator for the City of Tallahassee and Sustainability Coordinator at Florida A&M University's Sustainability Institute. He currently serves as the Senior Manager of Equitable Climate Resilience Programs at Groundwork USA, leading initiatives that empower communities to confront climate challenges through democratic engagement and equitable solutions. Recognized for his leadership, Dr. Strouble received the 2018 ReThink Energy Florida "Energy Innovator" award, a testament to his innovative approach and expertise in the field.
