His research interests include how the accessibility and usability aspects of human–computer interaction affect business, education, emloyment, public policy, and societal inclusion. He has been involved in a variety of projects related to web accessibility and usability for people with disabilities, including working as a contractor on the regulatory process for website accessibility under the ADA for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
