Brian Russell Brian has been part of the teaching profession for twenty eight years, sixteen of which was in the secondary system and the remainder as a teacher at the Chisholm Institute of T.A.F.E. ,Dandenong, Victoria. His qualifications include B.Economics B.Educational. Studies, and Dip.Education (all at Monash University, Clayton, Victoria). Other qualifications include the Cert. 4 Assessment and Training and the Post office administration certificate.
