Brian McCormickFr. Brian McCormick was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Trenton, NJ in 1966. He was asked to join the experimental ministry of Martin House in Trenton in 1970 and stayed there, living with the underserved, until he retired in 2012. Martin House as formed to address racism and poverty, as well as the Church's role in this. Fr. Brian established many impactful programs to help with housing, education, health/wellness, and self-sufficiency. He has constantly challenged people and the Church to recognize the inter-relatedness of all actions and how each of us is responsible to create a society that does not hurt some (create poverty) while making others rich.
