Brian L. CutlerBrian L. Cutler, Ph.D., is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Professor Cutler is a nationally known scholar in the area of Psychology and Law, particularly in the areas of eyewitnessmemory and jury decision making. His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and has been published in dozens of articles in journals such as Law and Human Behavior and Journal of Applied Psychology. Professor Cutler is the primary author of Mistaken Identification: The Eyewitness, Psychology, and the Law and has contributed chapters to numerous edited volumes on Psychology and Law topics.
