Brian Etherington
Brian ETHERINGTON is a graduate of McMaster University in arts and Queen's University in education and law. He also holds an LL.M. degree from Yale. He is a professor of law at the University of Windsor where he teaches labour law, labour arbitraton, personal employment law and criminal law. He has written about, and acted as a consultant on, employment, administrative, constitutional, criminal, and trade and labour law issues. He is also a labour arbitrator, and has served as editor-in-chief of the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal since 1995.
